Terms and conditions of Agreement
The following is the contractual document that will govern the purchase of products and services through the website https://www.prehranapokrvnojgrupi.com/(hereinafter the provider). Acceptance of this document implies that:
*You have read and understood the document.
*You are a person with sufficient capacity to buy this type of product or service, although we recommend that you should be over 18 years of age.
*You assume all of the obligations stated herein.
These conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall be applicable to all purchases made through the website https://www.www.prehranapokrvnojgrupi.com/. The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions without affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification, except in the case of mistakes.
Objectives of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual purchase relationship between the provider and the user when the user accepts the corresponding checkbox during the online purchase process.
The contractual purchase relationship involves the delivery of a specific product or service in exchange for a specific price, which is publicly displayed on the website.

The currency will be euros.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the purchase process in the last phase of the same including the costs generated by taxes, transport or other service. The customer assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be communicated in advance. Any payment made to the Provider will result in a confirmation e-mail being sent to the registered user. The invoice for the purchase will be available for viewing or downloading in the customer account the day after the purchase. No invoice or delivery note is included in the product delivery box.

In the event that the product selected by the customer is not in stock, you can contact us to confirm stocks and delivery forecasts on the email.
There is a possibility that a selected product is out of stock. In this case, we will have to request the product from the official distributor. This may delay the delivery up to 15 days after we receive the payment. In any case, the we will inform you if this happens.
Even if the product is in stock, there may not be enough to meet an exceptionally high demand. In such cases, we will ship the products available in order of request, informing those users who need to wait and the estimated delivery time.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Case 1: Return due to incorrect or incomplete information
In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to missing and/or incorrect information regarding the delivery address, the costs incurred in returning the order will be deducted from the amount to be paid for that returned order.
Case 2: Cancellation
Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases through our customer care department, as long as the order has not been processed (it has left our warehouse for its destination), it would be possible to make modifications or cancellations.
If the customer decides to cancel an order that has already been processed, i.e. the product has left our warehouse to its destination, the customer has to pay the shipping costs caused by the cancellation.
Case 3: Voluntary Return
All the products purchased returnables and refundables, as long as you inform us that you intend to return them within a period of 14 natural days after receiving them. They should also meet the following conditions:
Requirements for voluntary returns or order cancelations:
You have to use the same cardboard box that the product came in to make sure that it is well protected. If you do not have this box, you should use a good packaging to ensure the product arrives in perfect conditions at our warehouse.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must come in its original packaging with all the labels and accessories.
We will refund the price that you payed for the product(s). We will not accept returns with unpaid postage.
We will not accept products that have been opened.
Masks returns are not accepted due health protection and/or hygiene reasons.
We will not accept sealed products that have been opened after being delivered.
We will not accept loose accessories that come with other products.
Once we receive the return request, we will proceed to refund the price of the returned product(s). The return request has to be presented in a period of 14 natural days after receiving your order. The refund will be done through the same payment method that you chose or through bank transfer. The shipping cost will be payed by the customer and/or user.
Include an invoice copy in the box and mark the products that you are returning.

What we will do
The product(s) has to arrive in the same conditions that it was sent and received, otherwise we will not make a refund.
Clearance products cannot be returned or refunded.
The product size and format that appears on our website may change due to a packaging redesign or formula readjustment. It can take us some time to receive the new product and to update the information on the website. However, since they have the same reference, we will not accept returns in these cases.
Case 4: Faulty product
In the event that you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the contract or that it is defective or has been damaged during shipment, you may claim it within 7 days* of receipt by following the steps defined below.

Take a picture of the product so that we can see any damage caused by transport and/or damage to the product.

What we will do when we receive a returned product
Once we receive the product we will examine it carefully and, within a reasonable period of time, we will contact you indicating whether we accept the return or replacement of the product. Refunds and in certain cases replacement of the product may be offered and will be issued as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming acceptance of the return.
In the event that the product is refunded and out of stock, the full amount paid for the product will be refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs incurred by the customer to return.
Partial returns and/or partial cancellations will result in partial refunds of the amount paid for the order. In the case of a partial refund, transport costs will not be refunded. The refund will be issued to an account with the same holder, whichever is the person who placed the order, or by means of discount points to be redeemed on future purchases.
Applicable warranties
All products offered are original products of the brand, with factory warranty certificate and in principle free of defects. They all come with a 2-year factory warranty (in the case of non-food products), which starts to run from the time of delivery. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, we will opt for the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund, in the legally established terms. The guarantee will lose its value if any of the information on the guarantee or on the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced. The guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The provider and the user agree not to submit all disputes that may arise from the provision of products or services covered by these Terms to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the user’s residence.
Any natural person of at least 18 years of age who creates a customer account undertakes to ensure that all information relating to his or her identification and other data necessary for placing and processing the order is true, complete and up to date.
