General delivery conditions
Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you of via email. Orders placed after 16:00h on Fridays will be processed for shipping starting the following Monday.
During promotional periods (e.g. the days surrounding Black Friday), shipments may experience slight delays due to the increased number of orders being processed. In some cases, and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, but if you need a specific delivery time you can indicate it in the order comments. This does not guarantee 100% that this will be the case as it depends on the timetables and routes of the transport company.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
To guarantee the quality of our service, all our shipments are insured against loss and theft.

Liver Care by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegetable capsules made with a base of herbal extracts that come from the Curcuma longa root, Cardo mariano seeds, artichoke leaves and black pepper fruits.

The majority of food supplements on the market use ingredients, or additives, of animal origin.
In the case of capsules, most of the supplements on the market use gelatines as a coating agent, since their high degree of viscosity allows the content to be kept inside without leaking.
There are other options, vegetable alternatives, but their use is not very widespread due to price and changes in mechanical properties.
At HSN we have trained our technicians in the handling and processing of capsules based on hypromellose, a vegetable polymer with characteristics very similar to animal gelatine, but 100% veggie friendly.
