Evoburn – Discover HSN’s classic fat burner*
Evoburn by SportSeries is a thermogenic/fat burner* in vegetable capsules, developed from a combination of scientifically studied compounds (caffeine, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals, and specific compounds). It’s a highly effective formula with a considerable stimulant load from over 200mg of caffeine, making Evoburn the perfect product for daytime use but not suitable for the evening.
The Evoburn formula was one of the first specialised formulas launched by the brand to the market, supporting fitness enthusiasts during cutting phases since 2013. Over this time, we have continued to learn and update ourselves with the latest scientific evidence, and Evoburn has evolved over its more than 10 years of life, adapting as science has discovered consistent evidence of the effectiveness of new, interesting compounds.
Evoburn is one of the best formulas you can buy on the market today, with a comprehensive and effective action profile, without an excess of stimulants.
An effective and balanced composition
Contains compounds backed by scientific evidence
The importance of a dietary supplement containing scientifically backed compounds lies in the product’s safety and efficacy. Ingredients that have undergone scientific studies and proven to be effective in promoting the thermogenic properties targeted by a product like Evoburn provide users with confidence and assurance that the product will work, rather than being based on popular misconceptions. Furthermore, these compounds have been evaluated for their safety, meaning we know how much can be used to combine safety and effectiveness—something many fat burner formulas from outside Europe don’t ensure, as they use unknown alkaloids that, while often considered potent, have had their safety called into question on numerous occasions.
At HSN, we only use the best ingredients for the development of our formulas, and of course, Evoburn is no exception. Using the best and most scientifically backed compounds allows us to provide you with clear, evidence-based information on how and why Evoburn works, offering great value to someone interested in purchasing the product by enabling an informed purchase, rather than relying on unjustified marketing tactics that many companies use. In a market full of thermogenic options, we prioritise transparency and scientific evidence as crucial factors in developing a product with the standards we demand for an ‘HSN formula’. Our quality and the positive reviews of all the users who trust us support us.
Try Evoburn and discover a thermogenic formula of genuine quality.
With plant extracts standardised to their main actives
The standardisation of herbal extracts to their characteristic phytochemical constituents is crucial to ensuring product consistency and effectiveness. Standardisation ensures that the extract contains a specific and consistent amount of the active compounds responsible for its effects. Without this standardisation, the levels of these compounds can vary significantly between batches, resulting in products with inconsistent efficacy and potentially reduced effectiveness. By using standardised extracts, as we do in Evoburn, you can be sure that you will always receive a consistent and effective dose, which is essential for achieving the desired results.
By knowing the standardisation of the extracts used, something we achieve thanks to the excellent quality control of the raw materials we use, we can select the best dose of each compound to use in the development of Evoburn, ensuring the most effective and 100% safe intake.
The standardisations we’ve used for the plant extracts in the development of Evoburn are:
Extract | Ratio | Standardisation |
Guarana Seed | 6:1 | 10% Caffeine (Guaranine) |
Cayenne Fruit | 4:1 | 2.25% Capsaicin |
Green Tea Leaf | 25:1 | 95% Polyphenols 70% Catechins 45% EGCG 2% Caffeine (Theine) |
Coleus forskohlii Root | 10:1 | Broad Spectrum |
Yerba Mate Leaf | 8:1 | 9% Caffeine |
Bitter Orange Fruit | 20:1 | 30% P-Synephrine |
Cacao Fruit | 10:1 | 6% Theobromine |
White Willow Bark | 10:1 | 10% Salicin |
Grapefruit Fruit | 15:1 | 95% Naringin |
Black Pepper Fruit | 50:1 | 100% Piperine |

High caffeine content from different sources
Evoburn is a thermogenic formula with stimulants, with caffeine as the main alkaloid, containing a total daily dose of 6 vegetable capsules: 218.4mg of caffeine.
Of this total dose, 91.5mg is anhydrous caffeine, naturally derived from green coffee beans, but added in its pure form to adjust the stimulant contribution we were aiming for with our product.
The rest of the caffeine is naturally present in the plant extracts containing stimulating alkaloids for the nervous system that are part of the Evoburn formula:
- Guarana.
- Green tea.
- Yerba mate.
A balanced caffeine intake, with a significant but moderated stimulant load. Evoburn is not a thermogenic focused solely on packing in a huge dose of caffeine to give the impression that it works, but is actually a mediocre formula; Evoburn goes much further and therefore doesn’t need mega-doses of caffeine.
With synephrine, theobromine, and more known compounds
Evoburn contains various compounds known for their functional properties in thermogenic formulas, many of which are naturally present in the plant extracts that make up the formula, such as:
Compound | Source |
Guaranine | Guarana |
Capsaicin | Cayenne |
Polyphenols and Catechins | Green Tea |
Mateine | Yerba Mate |
P-Synephrine | Bitter Orange |
Theobromine | Cacao |
Salicin | White Willow |
Naringin | Grapefruit |
Piperine | Black Pepper |
All these natural compounds significantly contribute to the complete properties of the Evoburn formula.
In addition to other compounds that are not part of plant extracts but have been specifically added in purified forms to complete the HSN formula:
- AAKG (L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate).
- L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (2:1).
- L-Phenylalanine.
- Choline Bitartrate.
- Coenzyme Q10.
A complete thermogenic formula: Discover its properties
The properties of Evoburn’s components make it the most effective fat-burning formula, as:
- Increases energy expenditure and stimulates carbohydrate oxidation (properties attributed to cayenne).
- Contributes to metabolism, helping with weight management (a property associated with green tea).
- Helps regulate fat storage (thanks to Coleus forskohlii).
And when energy is low during the toughest cutting phases, the caffeine it contains helps increase endurance capacity (as long as consumed at doses of 3mg/kg of body weight, one hour before physical exercise), helping prolong the duration and intensity of training.
Daily dosage spread across multiple intakes, why?
Splitting the intake of a thermogenic into multiple doses throughout the day is an effective strategy to maintain consistent levels of active ingredients in the body.
Taking a large dose at once can cause a rapid and high increase in blood levels of these compounds, followed by a steep drop. This results in peaks and troughs in the product’s efficacy, reducing its benefits throughout the day, and requires consuming larger quantities of compounds at once, which can negatively affect people who are more sensitive to stimulants due to the elevated levels in a short period.
We developed Evoburn to be taken in 3 smaller doses throughout the day to provide a more sustained release of the formula’s compounds in the body. This helps to maintain a more stable level of these compounds, optimising their effectiveness and avoiding the need to consume large quantities of certain compounds at once.
In addition, taking separate doses can be more effective, allowing for a more constant intake of the product’s various components, keeping levels more stable in the body.
We recommend taking the last dose before 6pm to avoid interfering with sleep.
Stimulant content and nighttime use, is it possible?
Products with stimulants, including thermogenics, don’t go well with sleep and rest.
It’s important to consume the last dose of stimulants at least 6 hours before bedtime to avoid interfering with rest. Stimulants, such as caffeine and other compounds in Evoburn, like theobromine, can increase alertness, which is beneficial during the day but problematic when trying to sleep. If consumed too close to bedtime, these compounds can make it difficult to fall asleep and reduce sleep quality, leading to inadequate rest.
Given the importance of rest for physical and psychological well-being, it’s advisable to avoid using compounds that could interfere with it, which is why Evoburn is ideal for daytime use, up until mid-afternoon; and you can continue using a thermogenic formula at night with Evoburn Stimulant-Free. Perfectly compatible with the classic Evoburn, for 24-hour effectiveness.
Q&A – HSN Responds
Is Evoburn safe? I’ve never used thermogenics before
Evoburn is a completely safe dietary supplement when taken at the recommended daily dose by healthy individuals.
Just keep in mind that due to its caffeine content, it’s not recommended for children or pregnant women, nor during breastfeeding.
Does Evoburn have any side effects?
Caffeine has a characteristically stimulating effect, which is the most notable and positive aspect of the compound; however, its dose is cumulative, meaning that at a certain amount, it can cause an excess of stimulation that manifests as anxiety.
People who are more sensitive to the effects of caffeine can reduce the dose of Evoburn, or use its stimulant-free version.
Can I take more Evoburn than recommended?
It’s neither necessary nor recommended.
The recommended daily dose of Evoburn is sufficient to harness all its benefits, regardless of factors such as body weight, the ‘strength’ sought, or the percentage of body fat you have or want to achieve.
Can I use Evoburn on an empty stomach? What about before cardio?
Yes, just keep in mind that the effects of stimulants on an empty stomach are more noticeable and intense.
You can use Evoburn on an empty stomach, before training, and before training on an empty stomach.
Note that taking capsules on an empty stomach can be intense for those with more sensitive digestion. Evoburn is especially intense due to the pungent compounds present in the cayenne extract it contains. If you experience any digestive discomfort, we recommend taking the product with food to avoid this effect.
Can I use Evoburn even if I’m not cutting?
Caffeine has benefits beyond the thermogenic effects sought with Evoburn. In fact, it’s an excellent performance enhancer, and improves concentration and alertness when consumed in amounts of at least 75mg.
So it’s not exclusively for cutting, but to benefit from the above effects, it’s better to use:
- For sports performance: Evordx 2.0 (pre-workout with stimulants).
- For mental performance: Smart Caffeine.
How many days do I need to take a break from using Evoburn? Can I use it all year round?
After reviewing the latest published scientific studies on caffeine, we’ve updated our recommendations.
You no longer need to take a break from using Evoburn. Caffeine doesn’t lose its functional properties with continued use, as confirmed by the most recent scientific studies conducted with high methodological quality.
So Evoburn can be used continuously, without breaks, and all year round without any issues.
