General delivery conditions
Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you of via email. Orders placed after 16:00h on Fridays will be processed for shipping starting the following Monday.
During promotional periods (e.g. the days surrounding Black Friday), shipments may experience slight delays due to the increased number of orders being processed. In some cases, and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, but if you need a specific delivery time you can indicate it in the order comments. This does not guarantee 100% that this will be the case as it depends on the timetables and routes of the transport company.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
To guarantee the quality of our service, all our shipments are insured against loss and theft.

The combination of DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) with aloe gel creates a mixture that combines the unique properties of both components. Aloe gel has moisturizing and soothing properties that help alleviate potential irritation caused by DMSO. This combination can increase the effectiveness of DMSO, while adding the benefits of aloe healing properties.
DMSO gel is a three-stage purified gel product for convenient application. In our laboratory, it is deprived of irritants, and then it is additionally purified to eliminate dibutyl sulfide, water and metal salts. Only such a purified product is ready for packaging.
DMSO (or dimethyl sulfoxide),this organic compound from the sulfoxide group. It is a natural substance obtained during the production of paper from wood. During decomposition, it produces natural, organic sulfur. It is a clear and practically odorless liquid. Usage and precautions:
DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is an effective therapeutic agent, however, its use requires special care due to the ability to penetrate the skin and mucous membranes.
Skin test:
Perform a skin test in a small area of the body to check the body’s response. Apply a small amount of DMSO to the skin and observe for 24 hours. If irritation, redness or an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it.
Skin purity:
Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying DMSO. Contaminants can be absorbed together with DMSO, which can lead to irritation or infection.
Solution concentration:
Use DMSO at the right concentration, usually diluted to 70% or less, to reduce the risk of skin irritation. Even lower concentrations can be used for sensitive skin.
Application:
Apply DMSO with clean hands or an applicator (e.g. natural bristles brush). Avoid contact with contaminated objects to prevent unwanted substances from entering through the skin.
